From time to time we have the pleasure of enjoying the results of collaboration between talented owners and a highly skilled builder. Here, the owners’ southern tastes and Hobbs Construction have produced a classic, custom-built, New England Colonial, combining details of antebellum Charleston with the contemporary needs of an active young family, on a private lane in the heart of Riverside.
Formal in front, casual in back - and light-filled throughout - there are 9-foot ceilings and cherry floors.
