I was born in Greenwich, CT, attending local public schools, Boston University School of Management, and a 2-year program at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of The Theatre in Manhattan. Aside from being a Greenwich Time newspaper boy (81 customers) and a few summer jobs during college, selling real estate has been my only occupation.
I started first at Coldwell Banker in June, 1986 but left after 3 years to join Cleveland, Duble & Arnold when I realized the national firms don’t quite “get” Greenwich. I have always studied the Greenwich real estate market. Every sale interests me because each one represents a vital tid-bit of market information, helping me figure out what the next property will sell for.
What I want to be known for:
I hope I have earned a reputation as someone who answers real estate questions honestly, regardless of whether the answer earns me a commission or not. And as it turns out, this honest-answer “trick” has helped me become very successful. I recommend it.
